Because we are aware of our responsibility, the BALLance tools are only available at exclusively trained BALLance providers. They will also show you how to use the tools correctly. Our exercises are easy to integrate into your everyday life: You only need 2 x 5 minutes a day and you can exercise in your regular clothes, because we don’t do any training or sports.
