3. Purposes and legal basis for data processing
Below you will find an overview of the purposes and legal bases for data processing in connection with BALLance Concepts GmbH products and services.
3.1 Compliance with legal obligations
We also process your personal data in order to comply with statutory obligations to which we are subject. These obligations may arise, for example, from commercial, tax, anti-money-laundering, financial or criminal law.
The purposes of the processing arise from the respective statutory obligation; processing generally serves the purpose of complying with government control and information obligations.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. If we collect data on the basis of a legal obligation, you must provide the personal data required to fulfil that legal obligation. Without this provision, we may be unable to process your enquiries. We delete the data once the legal obligation has ceased to apply and no other legal basis applies. If the latter applies, we delete the data once the other legal bases have ceased to apply.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. In cases where you must provide data for this purpose, we will expressly point this out. Without this provision, we may be unable to process your enquiry.
We delete the data when it is no longer required for the purposes we pursue and no other legal basis applies. If the latter applies, we delete the data once the other legal bases have ceased to apply.

If you have given consent for specific purposes, the purposes result from the content of the consent given in each case.

Without this provision, we may be unable to fulfil your request covered by the consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent up to the withdrawal.
We delete the data when it is no longer required for the purposes we pursue or when you have withdrawn your consent and no other legal basis applies. If the latter applies, we delete the data once the other legal bases have ceased to apply.
